Paul Dumais Joins CAKE as Senior Vice President of Product and Garth Harris Appointed Vice President of Client Services

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – May 25, 2016 – Accelerize (OTCQB: ACLZ) (OTCBB: ACLZ) and its digital marketing software division CAKE, today announced the appointment of Paul Dumais as Senior Vice President of Product and Garth Harris as Vice President of Client Services. Paul and Garth were appointed to drive customer retention, innovate product offerings and increase revenues.

Paul Dumais Joins CAKE

With over 20 years of executive management and software development experience, Mr. Dumais joins CAKE as the Senior Vice President of Product. He is responsible for developing and implementing the over-arching product vision and communicating the product roadmap both internally and externally. In addition, Paul will work closely with Product Engineering to make informed product decisions quickly and consistently to provide advancements to CAKE’s SaaS solution.

Prior to joining CAKE, Mr. Dumais held executive roles at a number of technology companies, both public and private. He most recently served as Vice President Product Development at Scalable Network Technologies, a privately held high-performance network simulation software provider. In addition, he also led a team to develop an integrated publishing, marketing and ecommerce platform at Mom Inc. (ModernMom.com). Before that, Mr. Dumais was the Chief Technology Officer of uWink, where he oversaw the development of software and custom hardware for restaurant operations, in-table touch screen ordering and multi player casual games. Prior to uWink, he worked at Seed Advertising, designing, developing and operating its digital marketing platform with integrated ad server, click tracking and real-time reporting dashboards. He was also a Senior Engineer at Apple for eight years where he worked on operating systems, networking and emulation products.

Garth Harris Appointment

As Vice President of Client Services, Garth is responsible for the impact the onboarding, training, account management, technical support and service teams have on CAKE’s customer retention and client success. His current objective is to ensure the initial onboarding of clients from their transition to sales, training and ultimately account management is seamless, efficient and beneficial to all of CAKE’s clients. In addition, Garth oversees the Professional Services Division and spearheads new feature proposals, custom product builds and customer communication for all paid services.

Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Garth served in a number of roles since joining CAKE in 2010, including Product Trainer, Training Manager and Client Services Manager. During his tenure, Mr. Harris was promoted to Director of Client Services and relocated to CAKE’s UK office to grow the customer retention team and implement training processes to promote high-touch customer support. Since transitioning back to CAKE’s headquarters, Garth was promoted to Senior Director of Sales Engineering.
