David oversees CAKE’s product and engineering, and has been with the company for eight years. He started at CAKE as a Director of Engineering developing technical excellence into CAKE’s Engineers, growing the team, and establishing software development lifecycle processes within the business.
He has 21 years of experience in engineering complex ERP, workflow management, ecommerce, and analytics platforms with 15 of those years serving in leadership roles. He managed teams of engineers, worked with clients to establish sound business practices, and implemented and developed product roadmaps and vision.

Moneeza joined CAKE as the Finance Manager in 2020, bringing with her more than 10 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience. She previously worked as a Financial Analyst for Constellation Software Inc., the company who acquired CAKE. During her tenure, she focused on streamlining processes, integrating new acquisitions, and managing the Finance team.
In her current role, Moneeza supervises the operations and development of the Finance department, including but not limited to the collection and analysis of financial data, creating and ensuring the integrity of the annual budget, monitoring financial trends, and warranting all activity complies with applicable regulations.
Moneeza holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.

Santi oversees CAKE’s business operations and corporate strategy globally. He is a veteran of the marketing technology industry with over two decades of experience in enterprise software focused on Global 2000 companies.
Prior to CAKE, he served in senior executive positions at InQuira (acquired by Oracle), Day Software (now Adobe Marketing Cloud), Vignette (acquired by OpenText) and OnDisplay (acquired by Vignette). Earlier in his career, he worked in marketing at Dun & Bradstreet, Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a systems architect and as a senior management consultant for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Santi holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science/marketing from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo.

Karen oversees CAKE’s Client Services team which includes the Onboarding & Training, Client Success, and Technical Support groups.
She has been on the Client Services team for the past seven years and is currently the Vice President of Client Services. Karen joined CAKE as the Client Strategy Director working to ensure CAKE clients could leverage the software to the fullest extent. She and her team are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Harry oversees CAKE’s strategic alliance partnerships and sales globally. He has spent more than 15 years building sales and alliance teams for SaaS technology providers, with extensive experience in negotiating, marketing and scaling complex OEM, technology and resale partnerships.
Prior to joining CAKE, Harry has held more than 5 executive roles at leading technology companies, including his most recent role as Senior Vice President of Alliances and Strategy for Compellon. Harry also served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Mavenlink and Velocify where his teams created channel alliances that grew to encompass more than 40% of revenue. Prior to Velocify, Harry was the Chief Revenue Officer at Altus365, growing revenue through direct and channel sales. Harry has also founded various tech companies in the past, including OrangeDock and Capital Grove bringing the companies from idea stage and development through launch and into revenue prior to exit.
Over his career Harry has managed more than 100 strategic alliances, including: Salesforce.com, Microsoft, Google, Marketo, Intuit, Cisco, NetApp, LendingTree and many more.
Harry has an MBA from Cornell University and a Masters in International Business from Queens University in Kingston Ontario.

Garth oversees CAKE’s Product Innovation team, which is focused on providing clients with professional and managed services along with partnering with clients to understand personal and industry challenges.
He has held a variety of roles with CAKE’s client services and sales teams over the past 12 years, most recently serving as the Vice President of Operations.
Additionally, he drove CAKE’s global expansion by establishing the London office, the company’s first international presence. There, he served as the Director of Client Services and was a major contributor to CAKE’s growth in the EMEA region.
Garth holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Vanguard University.
