CAKE has just returned from the Performance Marketing Awards in London hosted by PerformanceIN.com formerly known as A4U. It was an evening well spent recognizing the major participants within the Performance Marketing Space worthy of praise for their achievements in the past year.

The room was bustling and filled to the brim with leading decision makers adorned in tuxedos and fancy dresses from all over the world. The awards ceremony brought together influencers who have a strong commitment to the success of the Performance Marketing industry and who are proactively making strides to contribute to the success and advancement of Performance Marketing. What an experience it was to see brands, advertisers, agencies and even competitors come together as one entity and congratulate the winners.

Just further evidence that we are indeed making steps in the right direction to enhancing the overall image of the Performance Marketing space. In a recent post we discussed just how important it is for CMO’s to dedicate a portion of their marketing spend towards putting a Performance Marketing Program in place.
