CAKE 2015 In Review: A Year of Innovation

In 2015, CAKE continued our product innovation efforts, added a number of industry-leading technology and service partners, and grew our customer base around the globe.

As we jump into 2016, we’d like to thank our customers and partners for making this past year a success in many ways.

 

Product Innovation

CAKE continues to meet milestones in product innovation with our development teams hard at work creating new functionality such as rule-based and machine-learning attribution models for tracking and optimizing multi-channel marketing efforts. Additionally, we spent a great deal of time laying a foundation for a more intuitive, refined user interface, as well as continued scalability and reliability improvements to our infrastructure.

Global Expansion

 

 

This past year, we have seen an increase of 52% in new international customers from a total of 30 countries worldwide, such as India, Israel Brazil, Germany, Poland and the UK. This expansion has resulted in 31% of overall company revenue derived outside of the U.S by Q3 2015 alone.

CAKE wrapped up 2015 with more than 500 customers that collectively track and process over five billion user actions each month.

Increased Partnerships

 

Another fundamental cause for our 2015 growth is the support of our 110+ technology and service partners in the digital marketing landscape. We established technology partnerships with industry leaders including IBM, Facebook, Kochava and Payability. We also deepened an existing partnership with ForensiQ by creating performance marketing’s first real-time fraud detection feature.

Additionally, CAKE’s partner program, CAKE Connect, has experienced tremendous growth. Our ecosystem is designed to provide customers with a competitive advantage through access to the best agencies, media companies and technology partners.

Noteworthy Passion

Here at CAKE, we are passionate about technology within the digital marketing industry. This past year, we launched the CAKE Tech Blog, a forum for our development team to share behind-the-scenes details of being a solution-provider in the marketing technology space.

We also created a number of resources to highlight trends and share insights into the ever-evolving industry, with topics ranging from lead-monetization to mobile tracking, all the way to big data.

Finally, we are thrilled to announce that CAKE has been recognized as a Vendor to Watch, in Gartner Inc’s, Magic Quadrant for Digital Marketing Hubs.
