In late October, CAKE was one of a dozen industry-leading companies that were invited by IBM to participate in its version of the marketing cloud consolidation trend called the Universal Behavior Exchange (UBX). We enthusiastically agreed to be an introductory partner in IBM’s innovative venture.
Now, fast forward to adtech: NY taking place this week. CAKE is at the IBM booth, supporting the UBX launch along with Exchange Solutions, MediaMath, Rocketfuel and Turn.
UBX is an ecosystem of IBM Business Partners all providing a platform that lends itself to monitoring online behavioral data. The UBX launch offers an open exchange to share real-time customer data with pre-built integrations, thus saving time and increasing efficiencies by eliminating the need to build out unique integration pathways.
The CAKE and IBM UBX integration provides a more complete view of the customer journey and the value of that relationship over its lifetime.
